The purpose of “Healing Memories Jewelry” ™ is to give you a way to memorialize your lost loved
one in a way that helps you to remember the good things about them, thus allowing
you to heal.
As you move on with your
life, you can know that each day as you remember them, their life still has
meaning. What better way for you
to keep their memory close as you leave the feelings of pain and grief behind?
We use a combination of
various gemstones in our jewelry. Many
people believe that gemstones have very important natural healing qualities.
Whether you choose a Mother’s Pin (or Father’s Pin), a bracelet or necklace,
each piece of jewelry is handmade and absolutely unique. No two
will ever be exactly alike, just like the life of the one you seek to honor –
special and irreplaceable.
Here are few samples of the
pieces that we have made for others. With each unique design, we include an
identification card that gives some information about gemstones that were used.
I. “Mother’s Pin” or “Father’s Pin”
The Mother’s Pin or Father’s
Pin: can be designed in several
different ways. In the sample above each dangle contains a birth
gemstone (at the bottom) for each child, then each has a tube bead made of
Unakite and is topped off with Tiger’s Eye. The center dangle is a special
configuration that represents the couple’s child that died. Thus the pin honors
all 5 children of the couple.
This pin shows many different options for configuring your
special design.There is almost no limit to the possible configurations.
You might choose gemstones based on the special qualities that gemstone is thought to posses or just color combinations that you like.
II. Necklaces
Various styles of necklaces
can be made using nearly any kind of gemstone and strung with leather, cord,
wire or elastic.
Simple, to complex, only a few
gems or many – the field is wide open. Your item will be a unique, one-of-a-kind, hand-made piece of jewelry.
Most people chose their gemstones based on the color or
for the specific attribute that the gemstones are believed to have.
These (above) were made by wire wrapping the specific pattern that holds the matching stones so they hang correctly when worn.
III. Earrings
We can make a wide variety of
earring styles from short and understated, to long and bold, based on your
preferences.
