We wish you health and healing in 2013!
It is our sincere hope and prayer that 2013 will be a year of healing and finding new ways to honor your loved one.
It is my belief that every day that we live - we can make our loved ones' life still have meaning by the good things we do in their honor.
Please visit our Blog and share what you plan to do this year to honor a departed loved one. We can all benefit from the suggestions of others, together we find new and better ways to cope with our loss.
Looking forward to hearing from YOU!

“Love is not written on paper, for paper
can be erased.
Nor is it etched on stone, for stone can
be broken.
But it is inscribed on a heart and there
it shall remain
forever.” Unknown
People everywhere are
hurting from grief and loss. Most do not have any idea how to deal with the
losses that they have suffered. Many try to push on, as if nothing has
happened.
Others turn to maladaptive (self-destructive) behaviors such as
misusing medication, drinking alcohol to excess or taking drugs in an attempt
to escape the pain they feel.
Still
others bury their hurt, anger and grief inside themselves – only to have it
resurface at another time, usually in another form, such as a physical illness or even an emotional / mental
illness.
This picture is my "positive visualization". I had to get a different picture in my mind than one I had after we lost our
son. (Click the picture above for access to a special page.)
It is our hope that the information and ideas we
give you here will empower you to take action for yourself. We hope to help you
to understand the Grief Process and to offer suggestions on ways of dealing with grief.
